Terry Smith came to TBC last summer. The Dallas native’s growth and maturity have allowed him to become a leader, not only of the 17U basketball team, but of the entire basketball program. Last weekend, TBC went 3-1 before winning the Summer Jam Classic Tournament in Crowley, Texas. Smith led TBC in scoring.
Smith has also improved as a defender, coming up with timely steals and getting key stops. The TBC basketball program prides itself on defending. Very few players have bought in more than he has on the defensive end of the floor.
